Since 1950 s,the Ministry of education has clearly stipulated that "one hour’s physical exercise time is guaranteed every day".However,with the great achievements made in reform and opening up,the current situation of school physical education has not changed fundamentally."Squeeze class" and "accounted for" serious "intellectual","light sports" the thought is ingrained,the physical fitness of students has been declining,one hour a day of physical exercise has become a mere scrap of paper.Under such a background,the Ministry of Education issued the Ministry of education’s advice on ensuring the daily sports time of primary and secondary school pupils,and the notice of carrying out nationwide sunshine campaign for millions of students,and established the guiding ideology of health first and lifelong sports.According to the guiding ideology,sports activities include physical education,large class and extracurricular sports activities.Compared with the big class and the physical education class,the extracurricular sports activities have high flexibility,independent selectivity and proper exercise density.Therefore,effective extracurricular sports activities can make up for the lack of physical exercise time in physical education,and play an important role in promoting students’ physical and mental health,improving sports ability and cultivating students’ sports habits.In this study,primary school students in Licang District of Qingdao city as the main research object,using literature method,observation method,questionnaire method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the main contents include: the first chapter firstly expounds the reasons of the study;secondly,from the scope of properties,respectively,of extracurricular activities,extracurricular sports activities school extracurricular sports activities,the meaning of the concept,defines and illustrates;again the change and development of extracurricular sports activities at home and abroad are analyzed.The second chapter,respectively from the school leadership,sports teachers,students three layers of extracurricular sports activities to carry out an analysis.The third chapter,through the analysis of the focus of the investigation of the problems found in the process.The fourth chapter puts forward some pertinent solutions and opinions on the problems found.Licang district physical education bureau put physical fitness monitoring scores into school assessment,and implemented one vote veto system.Therefore,from school leaders to departments to school physical education teachers,they attached great importance to the development of school sports.In addition,the Licang District Bureau of education requires the establishment of a football team in each school,and a weekly instructor will be sent to guide the training of the students.Open the campus regularly every day to allow residents to enter the campus activities.Two class swimming lessons are set up every week.These policies have promoted the development of extracurricular sports activities in schools.But in the development of extracurricular sports,there is a lack of evaluation of extracurricular sports activities,the lack of special activities and equipment,the uneven distribution of sports venues and other problems.It is suggested that the evaluation system of extracurricular sports activities should be established,and colorful sports courses should be carried out in order to maximize the use of venues and equipment.
