Identity is related to the reflection of people's existence and the interaction between individuals and society.The teacher group or individual's identification with their own identity plays an important role in teacher's education practice and professional development.Teachers'identity is refers to the teachers under the certain social environment and living condition,the occupation,working environment and their own community recognition and acceptance,it emphasizes the self psychological and physical experience.Teacher identity status directly affects the teachers' living conditions,their identity is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of teacher's professional development,the school and the healthy development of education,on the other hand,can produce the corresponding negative effect.This paper takes S province as an example to study the identity of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools.First of all,the author clarified the core concept,basic content and features,theoretical basis,important significance and historical evolution of the identity of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools.Secondly on the basis of theoretical construction,to make the study more detailed,this study adopted questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on,to the psychology of primary and secondary school teachers as the main research object,with two big contents of teachers' identity,namely the self-identity and social identity as dimension,investigating the identity of the actual situation.In three big content,the author has carried on the classification,that is,from self-acceptance,role orientation,subjective well-being and professional identity,social class,economic treatment,such as professional value dimension is studied.Through the survey found that due to the exam-oriented education backward,low degree of social identity,professional training,low economic treatment satisfaction and teaching belief is not strong,the influence of elementary and high school teachers of psychological identity exist the following problems:the self is not high esteemed existence dilemma and social identity.Therefore,the basic strategies to promote the formation of identity identity of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools are put forward.Reasonably positioning the social status of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools to form a benign guidance of public opinion;Strengthen the professional training of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools to enhance their professional emotion;To formulate and improve the evaluation system of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools to improve their group belonging;Improve the management system of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools to improve their sense of self-efficacy.Primary and secondary school psychology teachers themselves should establish a correct career view and pursue professional excellence in the positive education life.
