In the study, try to explore the structures of mental health and psychologicalwell-being through the questionnaire method and experimental method, and try toexplore the relationship of mental health and psychological well-being of collegestudents from the angles of implicit and explicit. In this study, replenish the concept ofmental health, enriches the related research about mental health and psychologicalwell-being. Meanwhile, the conclusions in this study can provide theoretical guidanceand evidence for mental health education and clinical practice of college students.In the study, we select96college students in JLU randomly as research subject,and use implicit association test (IAT) for the implicit measurement through theE-Prime1.0. To investigate the explicit condition of mental health and psychologicalwell-being by SCL-90and Ryff’s questionnaire of psychological well-being (fisa).The following results of the research:1. There are pnificant differences in the D value of implicit mental health andimplicit psychological well-being under the different experimental sequence and theeffect of implicit experiment is remarkable.2. There aren’t pnificant differences in the implicit mental health between highexplicit mental health groups and low explicit mental health groups.3. The explicit mental health is pnificantly related to its correlation dimensions,but it is not pnificantly related to implicit mental health.4. Two-dimensional model of mental health fits better than one-dimensionalmodel of mental health.5. There aren’t pnificant differences in the implicit psychological well-beingbetween high explicit psychological well-being groups and low explicit psychological well-being groups.6. The explicit psychological well-being is pnificantly related to its correlationdimensions, but it is not pnificantly related to implicit psychological well-being.7. Two-dimensional model of psychological well-being fits better than one-dimensional model of psychological well-being.8. Model fitting of explicit and implicit psychological well-being are directlyinfluence on the explicit and implicit mental health is good.In this study we draw the following conclusions:First, individuals tend to think that "I" words are associated with positiveattributes words, and "not me" words are associated with negative attributes.Second, implicit part of mental health and psychological well-being exists, andthe effect of implicit experiment is remarkable.Third, mental health includes implicit mental health and explicit mental health,they are two relatively independent structures.Fourth, psychological well-being includes implicit psychological well-being andexplicit psychological well-being, they are two relatively independent structures.Fifth, implicit mental health was pnificantly associated with implicit psychol-ogical well-being and explicit mental health was pnificantly associated with explicitpsychological well-being.
