The local teachers colleges and universities are the base to cultivate the teachers of the primary and middle schools in our country,and take the important task of cultivating the excellent teachers.Local college students are the future of the people's teachers,a qualified teacher must have excellent psychological quality and healthy and positive psychological state.Effective and scientific psychological health education is the fundamental guarantee to realize the normal university students' psychological healthy growth and improve their psychological quality.At present,although the mental health education of Teachers College has been paid more and more attention by the state and the school,there are still many problems to be improved and the urgent need to break through.Psychological capital mainly includes my sense of efficacy,resilience,hope and optimism,which is the main research field of positive psychology.The core elements of positive psychological quality of these individuals have a significant impact on individual mental health.This paper examines the current psychological health education in Local Normal Universities from the perspective of psychological capital development,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,the research of psychological capital status of students in several local normal universities,analyze the factors of psychological capital at present situation of local colleges and universities students and the main influence,then from psychological capital development perspective.Some suggestions for local normal college mental health education,to break the current predicament of psychological health education in local normal universities to do a little help.This paper is divided into five parts to study the mental health education of local normal universities.The first part: the research background of the local normal education and the development of psychological capital is summarized.The second part is to further clarify the connotation of psychological capital,and to make clear the importance of improving the level of psychological capital for the local normal college students' mental health.The third part is to clarify the concept and connotation of mental health and mental health education.The fourth part: using the method of questionnaire survey to understand the situation of the psychological capital of the local normal college students.Then,through the analysis of variance,this paper discusses the factors that influence the psychological capital of normal students.The fifth part: from the perspective of psychological capital development,to strengthen the local normal college students' mental health education work puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures..
