The mathematics core literacy is the essential character and key ability,which has the mathematical basic characteristics,adapts to the individual lifelong development and the social development of needs,formed in the activities of mathematical learning.It is the concentrated embodiment of mathematics curriculum goals,involving mathematical knowledge,skills,emotional attitudes and values and other levels.This research is based on the mathematics core literacy,study on the teaching design with the example of "parallelogram area" in the second unit of the first volume of the fifth grade of the Jiangsu Education Edition,and discusses the general frame and thought of the elementary school mathematics area teaching design which is guided by the mathematics core literacy.Integrating the mathematics core literacy into the teaching of reality,it breaks the limitation of traditional teaching design,opens up a new angle of view of mathematics teaching,and enriches the relevant theories of teaching design in the field of graphics and geometry.At the same time,it enriches the teaching cases of "parallelogram area"and expands the research results of teaching design of "parallelogram area".First of all,the author collects,arranges and analyzes the existing research on mathematics core literacy and primary school mathematics teaching design by using the literature method,constructs the system of primary school mathematics core literacy,clarifies the thinking and framework of teaching design,it also analyzes the rationality of the design of mathematics teaching in primary school in which the mathematics core literacy was penetrated.Then through the questionnaire to investigate the students' knowledge base and experience,to understand the students' cognitive level and psychological characteristics,at the same time,do in-depth analysis from the two aspects of curriculum standards and teaching materials of the teaching content,and get the inspiration of this teaching design.On this basis,from the point of view of cultivating students' core literacy of mathematics,the teaching design and practice of "parallelogram area"are carried out from four aspects:goal,content,process and evaluation.Through the analysis of classroom teaching record and implementation effect,it can be found that the teaching design of"parallelogram area" based on mathematics core literacy is beneficial to the cultivation of students' mathematical reasoning,spatial concept and mathematical communication literacy to a certain extent.Finally,the author deeply reflects on the whole teaching design and classroom implementation.According to this,it is suggested that in the mathematics teaching design of primary school based on mathematics core literacy,mathematics activities must be attached importance to promote the development of students' mathematical thinking ability;Focus on the core issues and develop students' core literacy in mathematics;Pay attention to classroom generation and students' creative enthusiasm;Pay attention to the process evaluation,enhance the students' sense of mathematics experience.
