Children are transitioning from kindergarten to primary school,experiencing changes in learning styles,learning methods,environment and other aspects.Facing these changes,children necessarily need a process of adaptation.In the past 20 years,the problem of connecting young children has attracted the attention of both Chinese and foreign scholars and experts.However,the research Angle mostly starts from kindergarten,and the phenomenon of "one-sided" appears.However,early childhood connection is not only a problem faced by kindergartens,but also a problem faced by primary schools.The research should not only focus on kindergartens,but also start from primary schools.A first grade is the beginning of master the basic knowledge and basic skills,is the initial stage of compulsory education,it is also an important turning point in children from kindergarten to primary school,so pay attention to a freshman to adapt to the present situation of primary school life for little join the development of education has a certain value.In order to come to the conclusion,this paper collected the domestic and foreign experts and scholars to the research of little join related information,and to integrate and reviewed in this paper,then analyses the related problems between infant,stated the related theories into relative close concept is defined,and finally through to the yangzhou city elementary school freshman Y a two-month investigation,understand the current situation of primary school in grade one little join,find out the existing problems,and to analyze problems,and tries to put forward good resolution strategy,in order to better promote the development of grade a little join education.The research content of this paper mainly includes three aspects:first,the basic situation of freshmen in the first year,mainly to understand the knowledge reserve,academic adaptation and social adaptation of freshmen in the first year;Second,the implementation of bridging work at the school and teacher levels;Third,parents do the bridging work.Through the survey of the above three aspects,it can be found that there are the following problems in the connection between the young and the young in the first grade.Poor concentration in learning and easy to be affected by the surrounding environment;Not adapt to the school rules and regulations,the collective concept vague.Second,the school lacks a targeted cohesive strategy in teaching and teaching management.Teachers do not have a deep understanding of the concept of connecting young children.The teaching of first-grade teachers is quite different from that of kindergartens.Third,parents regard school as the main task of connecting young children and attach too much importance to academic performance.According to the above problems,the author tries to put forward the following strategies:the school organizes targeted training to improve teachers'concept of connecting young children;Teachers set out from various angles to help children adapt to primary school learning and life;Parents should prepare their children for school from various aspects.primary school;Guide parents to prepare children for school.
