Purposes:Based on the curriculum project of school physical education,taking the single and combined sports as the intervention means,taking the freshmen as the research object.With natural experiment method,this paper discusses basketball,aerobics,basketball+ aerobics,aerobics+basketball and impact on psychological elasticity and subj ective well-being relationship within six weeks or twelve weeks,for different sports theory to supplement and enrich the content system of college physical education.Methods:It take five classes of university freshman to study subjects.In the experimental group,students with different sports events were studied for 12 weeks,2 times a week,and the cumulative intensity of each exercise was 30min(excluding preparatory activities and relaxation).The mental resilience and subjective well-being were measured by Liang Baoyong’s<Mental Resilience Scale>and Duan Jianhua’s revised<subjective well-being scale>.Results:(1)after 6 weeks of exercise,there was no significant difference in overall psychological elasticity and its dimensions among college students(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in overall psychological elasticity of college students after 12 weeks of exercise.The aerobics group was better than the basketball group,and the basketball aerobics group was better than that of the basketball aerobics group.There was significant difference in the influence of aerobics basketball group,control group;on the receptivity dimension(P<0.021).The aerobics group was superior to the basketball aerobics group,the aerobics basketball group,and the control group.The effect of continuous 12 weeks exercise on the improvement of mental resilience was better than that of 6 weeks and pretest.(2)After 6 weeks of exercise,there was no significant difference in the overall well-being of college students and their dimensions(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of exercise,the overall subjective well-being(P=0.041)and the melancholy and happy mood dimension(P=0.034)was significant.The aerobics group was superior to the basketball group,the aerobics+basketball group,the basketball+aerobics group,and the control group.There was significant difference in the main effect of energy dimension(P=0.025)between the items.The aerobics+basketball group was lower than the basketball+aerobics group and the control group.The aerobics group is superior to the basketball group and the aerobics+basketball group.There was significant difference in the main effect of life satisfaction and interest(P=0.023)between the items.The aerobics group was superior to the basketball group and the aerobics+basketball group.Overall subjective well-being,satisfaction and interest in life,control of emotion and behavior,melancholy and pleasant mood dimensions were significantly higher than those of 6 weeks and pretest.(3)The overall psychological resilience and its acceptance dimension and optimism dimension are significant in the mediating effect between aerobics and subjective well-being.Conclusions:(1)The longer the duration of the exercise,the better the effect of improving the mental resilience and subjective well-being of the College Students;Basketball、aerobics,basketball + aerobics and aerobics + basketball for 12 weeks can effectively improve the resilience and subjective well-being of college students,which is better than 6 weeks’exercise effect.(2)Aerobics is better than other items to improve the mental resilience of college students,and it is more obvious in the dimension of acceptance.(3)Single exercise is more able to improve subjective well-being through mental resilience than a combination of sports.The influence of Aerobics on the optimism and acceptance of the mental resilience will improve the level of the subjective well-being of college students.The basketball sport further improves the level of subjective well-being of college students through its acceptance dimension.(4)There is no sequence effect in aerobics+basketball and basketball+aerobics. |
