In recent years,In recent years,with the continuous deepening of China undefineds reform and opening up,and the further improvement of the market economy,pupils will face a very fierce competition atmosphere.The so-called "survival of the fittest",in their growth process will encounter a lot of setbacks,must not be smooth sailing.Therefore,to make primary school students become strong in the future social competition,they can face difficulties,do not fear setbacks,and face difficulties.The teacher should let the pupils learn to walk out of the greenhouse and suffer the hardships of life.The present situation of frustration education in three primary schools in Yangzhou was investigated,and the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and observation were adopted.To understand the current implementation of frustration education in primary school students and its shortcomings,to study the existing literature,to analyze the previous research results,and to point out the problems existing in the frustration education of primary school students in combination with the investigation.And can put forward the corresponding countermeasure in view of the problem,hope can provide some reference advice for the current setback education.According to the results of the investigation,the problems existing in the frustration education of primary school students are that the cognition of frustration education is incorrect,the content of frustration education is scattered,the way of frustration education is single,and there are many obstacles to the implementation of frustration education.The effect of frustration education is not obvious.The main reason is that the idea of "education for examination-oriented education" leads to the concept of "attaching importance to morality and neglecting wisdom".Frustration education does not relate to the actual needs of students,frustration education does not pay attention to the development of resources,and parents undefined understanding of school education is biased.To this end,starting from the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students,help students to correctly understand setbacks,learn to confront setbacks,explore their potential and constantly surpass themselves.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the frustration education of primary school students:correctly understanding frustration education,guiding students to set up correct frustration view,teachers should help students to set up correct frustration view,and pay attention to the infiltration of various disciplines;We should strengthen the construction of teachers,teach students how to cope with setbacks,innovate the ways of frustration education,carry out rich and colorful extracurricular activities,pay attention to cooperation between schools and families,and improve students undefined ability to resist setbacks.
