| Educational goals can not be achieved without class management,it plays an important role in students and schools.Due to the continuous development of society,high school class management has become diverse,so the research on the management of high school classes in different conditions are different.Yunnan province in 2016 will focus on the development of Minority areas,and took the lead in the implementation of 14 years of free education from preschool education to senior high school in Diqing,Nujiang.In minority areas,there are the more senior students,the pressure of class teachers is constantly increasing.It is very important to do well in the management of high school classes in minority middle schoolI use the method of questionnaire investigation carried out questionnaire survey on Lanping national middle school 291 senior students,analyze and summarize the relevant information as the present situation of the management of classes in our school,there are four main aspects:Students in the class are elected undemocratic,the relationship between the class,class culture class don’t deep inside,management validity is low.the class relationship disharmony mainly refers to the disharmony between the teacher-student relationship and the disharmony between students,class culture is not deep into the students,mainly because the class material culture construction and spiritual culture construction effect is not good.At the same time on the information of Lanping national middle school class management situation analysis,mainly from students,teachers and parents in three aspects,the students’factors have two aspects:the low quality of students to form good learning habits of students;It is difficult for teacher to communicate,because family structure is complex.the impactfactors ofteacher includes three aspects:the heavy workload,low efficiency of class management,class management class is lack of guidance of democracy theory.parents factors mainly refer to that the children is not enough attention to their children’s education.Therefore,I put forward six strategies of senior high school class management,and vigorously promote the Yunnan minority middle school:(one)help the minority students to solve the difficulty in the school life.(two)the teacher establish a comprehensive management system;(three)teacher organize various activities to strengthen the class construction;(four)the teacher learn relevant knowledge of class management to improve self professional;(five)the school is conducive to the provision of effective strategies;(six)strengthen home school cooperation efforts to help teacher,Minority effect strategy includes two aspects:Teacher help the minority students gain financial and respect the habits of minority students;helping them adapt to school life,The effective strategies of the school from three aspects:school teachers adjust assessment program;the school let the efficient cooperation between the teacher class management. |
