The class as the basic organization of school education,it is the main place for the implementation of the school education.The quality of the class management influence the result of school education and the growth of the students。 High school is the critical period for the growth and development of the teenagers,a feasible class management method is very essential for the achievement of school education goal and the development of the teenagers. While there are so many insufficiencies in the class management of the high school :exam-oriented education maintain the dominant position,score and enrollment rate is the rigid index to evaluate the school and the teachers,while the physical and psychological health of the students and the construction of the harmonious class have been neglected;the educational concept of humanism and democratic management which advocated by the new curriculum reform is difficult to take into implementation.The management method impact the development of the teenagers,even restrict the development of the country’s education.The research of the class management can replenish the class management theory, and guide the practice of class management.The thesis make a systematic collection of the research of the class management and the related conception, through the questionnaires and interviews get the information of 6 classes of the high school affiliated to Huaibei normal university.There are some questions in the class management :the teacher maintains the out-dated educational views,ignore the features of students’ psychology;exam-oriented education is in the dominant position, the moral education be ignored; the class management is unscientific, the relationship between the teacher and the teenagers is not harmonious. There are some countermeasures to these problems: promote the educational attainments of the teacher;improve the mode of the moral education; put democratic management into practice.
