Investigation And Research On Teaching And Research Activities Of Middle School Teaching And Research Group Under The New Curriculum Reform

With the gradual deepening of the new curriculum criterion,the role of teaching and research activities of learning group is particularly important.Do a good job on teaching and research activities of learning group not only correct teacher’s education idea,but also can strengthen the teacher’s theoretic,improve scientific ability,can’t be affected by the rate of enrollment,better evaluation of teaching and teaching,to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching quality.But at present,there are not enough teachers in teaching and research Group,the goal of the teaching and research is not clear and cooperation with the group of teachers is not in place.etc.Under the background of the new curriculum criterion,This paper discusses the present situation of teaching and research activities in middle school,to improve the effectiveness.This thesis is mainly based on questionnaire and interview,the questionnaire takes teacher’s attitudes,forms and effects of teaching and research activities and the importance in the teaching and research section.The interviews were conducted with ten teachers.This thesis focused on the actual situation of teaching and research group,and analyzing the acquired data carefully.Based on the A school,this paper analyzes the situation of the teaching and research activities in middle school,and puts forward the suggestions to improve the effectiveness.First,the school needs to provide good teaching conditions and teaching environment,to cultivate teacher’s awareness of teaching research.The two is to determine the objectives of the learning group,to position the responsibility of learning group leader and to establish a learning group.The three is to stimulate the potential of teachers into the teaching and research activities,to establish their own values of developing and learning;the combination of external and internal interests,so that the teaching and research of learning group to be more effective.Finally the professional quality of teachers and school teaching quality can be promoted.This paper makes clear that there are many problems in middle school teaching and research group,the low efficiency,the attitude of teachers is not correct,and lack of subjectivity etc.The influencing factors are analyzed in this paper,the neglect of school leaders,lack of motivation,the cooperative atmosphere among teachers etc.So,in the process of teaching and research activities,schools,learning group and teachers are required to improve effects.
