Research On The Construction Of Political Culture Within The Party Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Intra-party political culture is not a different name of the party culture,nor is it a sub-concept of political culture,but a collective consciousness formed by the party,especially the members of the political party,in the long-term political practice,which is the ideal belief,value and behavior concept that is widely believed and followed by the party.In the history of the Party’s doctrine and the Party’s construction,although the classic Marxist writers have not clearly put forward this concept,they have emphasized in many discussions about the construction of proletariat political parties to strengthen the construction of ideological theory in order to maintain the Party’s advanced ness and purity.These ideas and viewpoints have undoubtedly laid an important theoretical foundation for the current construction of political culture within the Party.Looking back on the history of the Party,we can also find that the Communist Party of China has paid attention to the implementation of the political and cultural construction within the Party through ideological and party-building,and to exerting the leading and reforming role of proletariat ideology and culture in various non-Marxist ideology and cultures,and gradually forming a unique and excellent intra-Party political culture.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the mainstream of its innerparty political culture is apparently advanced and healthy,but due to the negative influence of various complicated factors,there are still bad tendencies in the political culture of the Party,such as circle culture,privilege culture,thick black culture,subliminal rules culture,etc.In order to solve the deep-seated and source problem of the political culture within the Party,and then push the Party from strict governance in an all-round way,the CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core since the 18 th National Congress,has made important deployment and put forward a series of new ideas and new ideas.For one hand,the position,basic connotation and construction objectives of the political culture of the Party are clarified,on the other hand,the "total switch" is tightened by strengthening the education of the whole Party’s ideals and beliefs,the impact of different groups has been improved by these theme educational activities,the overwhelming situation of persisting in punishing corruption and the overwhelming trend of the fight against corruption has effectively purified the political ecology of the Party,and the system of improving and perfecting the system of the Party’s rules and regulations has been constructed.On the whole,the construction of political culture in the Party has made remarkable progress in both theoretical innovation and practical exploration since the 18 th National Congress.In parallel,we should also soberly realize that the current political and cultural construction of the Party is in a complex internal and external environment,still facing the impact and challenges from the remnants of feudal culture,market economy environment and western heterogeneous political culture.Therefore,it is necessary to take targeted measures to overcome the negative effects of the above factors in the Party,purify the environment of political and cultural construction within the Party.At the same time,we must strengthen the main body of political and cultural construction within the Party,to ensure that leading cadres can lead the demonstration role and the general role on the main body of the general party members to give full play.In addition,we must broaden the carrier of the construction of political culture within the Party,and make great use of the carrier of activities,the carrier of communication and the carrier of the system to ensure the effective results of the political and cultural construction work within the Party.
