Research On The Construction Of A Government Under The Rule Of Law In Our Country In The New Era

The rule of law is an important embodiment of the progress of human political civilization,and an effective method of governance to maintain social stability and achieve long-term social stability.As the actual operator of the state power,the government is the leader and executor of the construction of the state rule by law.In the process of building a government under the rule of law,each country is constantly exploring its own construction road in accordance with its own national conditions,and summing up some construction experience in line with its own characteristics.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China has embarked on a path of building a government under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and has preliminarily summarized some Chinese theories and experience.These theories and experience can not only facilitate the construction of our country's government under the rule of law,but also serve as a part of the whole exploration of the construction of the government under the rule of law.This article takes the construction of the government under the rule of law as the main line,and focuses on how to carry out the construction of the government under the background of the new era.Based on the concept of government by law,this paper analyzes the theory of government by law from home and abroad,so as to clarify the theoretical state of government by law.In addition,this paper will review the history of the construction of our country's government under the rule of law,sum up the experience and deficiencies from the history,so as to provide a historical reference for the current construction of our country's government under the rule of law.Since entering a new era,China's economic and social development is facing a new internal and external environment.At the international level,the construction of modern government has become the main trend of the world political development.At the domestic level,the rapid development of China's productive force has put forward new requirements for the construction of the superstructure,and the construction of a government under the rule of law is extremely urgent.Since the 18 th National Congress,the state has continuously improved the top-level design of the construction of the government under the rule of law,and put forward the general plan of comprehensively governing the country by law,which marks the new stage of the construction of the government under the rule of law in China.As a systems engineering,the construction of government under the rule of law does not involve the simple addition of the elements,but starts from a three-dimensional perspective,sets up a dynamic long-term vision,makes full use of the inherent connections among the elements,and forms a unique construction path,steadfastly and orderly advance the construction of a government under the rule of law.
