With the rapid development of the economy and society,the family structure has shifted to core and miniaturization,and the traditional family old-age support function has been continuously weakened.However,due to problems such as service standards,charging prices,and the tendency of the receiving population,institutional old-age support has resulted in low acceptance of the elderly The vacancy rate of institutional beds is high.By drawing on the experience of advanced community elder care in foreign countries,family pension has changed to community elder care.Community elder care has increasingly become an effective old-age care service model to solve the plight of the elderly in the community.The day care center is an important supporting platform for community old-age care services,and its role in community old-age care is becoming more and more obvious,and it has increasingly developed into a beautiful sustenance for the elderly to enjoy their old age.Based on the problems existing in the day care center,the community service satisfaction of the elderly and the actual needs of the elderly,this article selects representative case studies through literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other research methods.The Q city community day care center model has the following problems: low matching of service content and actual needs,lack of public awareness of the development of grassroots services,weak community service participation power of non-profit organizations,and a single source of funds.Through analysis,the reasons for the problems include poor implementation of the old-age policy,inadequate training mechanism for the old-age service industry,lack of effective supervision,and low social participation.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the experience of community elder care service development in advanced regions in foreign developed countries and domestic day care centers,the policy is proposed based on the needs of the elderly The three aspects of the support system,funding and organizational coordination aim at the role of the government,provide refined services on demand,enhance the elderly care awareness of the community,realize the linkage of internal and external resources in the community,broaden the source of funds for the community day care center,and improve the community pension supervision Measures to optimize day care centers,such as evaluation mechanisms and building talent training mechanisms.
