In the process of administration,performance management is very critical,through performance management can motivate staff,so as to achieve work efficiency and service efficiency.In today's digital environment,digital information changes the lives of each of us,but also brings great changes to the development of various industries and personal careers;at the same time,digital information technology,as an important resource,can bring profound changes and bring great impact to work and life.The application of digital information technology to performance management is the basic direction of performance reform in recent years,and the tax department has become our country because of its own work characteristics One of the first pilot units to implement "digital personnel" in China.Through the continuous strengthening of performance management reform,especially the gradual introduction of"digital personnel" management system,can solve the current tax department performance management problems.However,due to the short development time of "digital personnel ",there are still many problems in the implementation process,so it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the" digital personnel "performance management reform,so as to speed up the reform work.Based on this,this paper focuses on the corresponding research on the performance management of "digital personnel ",and clarifies the problems existing in the performance management system of digital personnel "eHR,and finds out the perfect countermeasures by actively drawing on the experience of local governments at home and abroad in promoting the performance management of" digital personnel.This paper first discusses the background of the implementation of "digital personnel" performance management in the tax department,and analyzes the theory of "digital personnel" and so on.Then the implementation of electronic human resource management,especially performance management,such as "digital personnel",is advanced at home and abroad line analysis and find successful experiences from it.After that,taking R city tax bureau as an example to analyze its human resource performance management,and to investigate the current situation of "digital personnel" implementation,we find out the problems existing in the current implementation of "digital personnel"performance management,and the specific reasons leading to the problems.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the performance management in the process of implementing the "digital personnel" performance management in the basic tax authorities.
