| In recent years,the education departments of our country are vigorously promoting quality education,but the only way of "Learning-examination-entering school" still brings a lot of pressure to school-age children,especially the parents’ high expectations of "looking forward to children,looking forward to women",which makes school-age children’s weariness of learning prominent.It is based on this background,and the group work is convenient for more comprehensive intervention of school-age children’s weariness,for giving full play to the positive role of people around school-age children,and for school-age children to learn from each other and grow up together.This paper analyzes the specific performance and influencing factors of school-age children’s weariness through the basic research of school-age children’s learning situation,and from the practical process of small and medium-sized group field From the perspective of domain’s motivation and "habits",we can intervene the school-age children’s weariness behavior.Through the professional practice in Z institution of H City,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interview to the students from X Primary School of H City,and found that the phenomenon of learning weariness is more common,which is mainly manifested in three aspects: classroom learning,homework completion and learning examination.The reasons are mainly related to four aspects: self factors,family factors,school factors and peer factors.Combined with the needs analysis of school-age children who are tired of learning,based on the field theory and social learning theory,the author uses the group work method to intervene school-age children who are tired of learning,cultivate their self-awareness,help them adjust their inappropriate feelings and behaviors of tired of learning,so as to achieve better self-development.The process evaluation of group work,the self-evaluation of group members in the result evaluation,the interview results of group members’ parents,teachers and peers,and the pre-test and post test data of group members all show that the effect of this group activity is significant.It can be seen that group work has a certain effect on school-age children’s weariness,and it is applicable to apply field theory and Sociology Department theory to school-age children’s weariness. |
