Children are the hope and future of our motherland.Nowadays,the development trend of domestic social work is good,and the social work field has given more research and attention to the vulnerable group of children,especially rural left-behind children.In recent years,with the continuous development of our country's economy,the unbalanced development between the urban and rural areas has become more and more prominent.In rural areas,more and more young parents have chosen to work outside the house to earn a living.Their children cannot relocate because of various reasons.They can only stay at home and be taken care of by other relatives,and continue to go to school and receive education in their hometown.Left behind a group of left-behind children.The lack of parental care and the lack of parental education and care for these children can easily lead to a variety of unhealthy psychological growth.They are also prone to indulge in actions,and over time have brought more unfavorable factors to the children's growth.This article takes the left-behind children of grade 4 to grade 6 in Longping Central Elementary School of Tucheng Town in Fangshan County,northwestern Hubei Province as the research object.Focusing on the problems of school-weariness,we use social work groups to intervene to explore the problem of rural children left-behind.Social work is a sustainable development profession,and children are the future hope for the country's sustainable development.This study makes full use of professional social work methods and techniques,takes advantage of the perspective and social support system as the theory,and is disgusted with rural left-behind children.On the basis of the overall literature review of academic behavior issues,questionnaires,interviews,and scale testing methods were used to measure the degree of boredom of the service subjects before and after the test,and the causes of school-leaving behavior of left-behind children were analyzed.The group work method involves research,linking school,society,family and individual resources,effectively focusing on the growth problems and academic difficulties of left-behind children,helping them to standardize their study habits and enhance their interest in learning,with a view to fundamentally changing their learning status.Reduce family burdens and promote personal development and growth.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the entire practice process.Based on the insufficiency of reflection,it also proposes some feasible suggestions on how to solve the tired behavior of left-behind children in Longping Central Primary School.I hope more researchers and Government departments can pay more attention to left-behind children.
