With the country's emphasis on students' “burden reduction” and quality education,adolescent custody classes have emerged.The juvenile custodial class is divided into classes such as after-school custody and winter and summer custody.The custody service relieves the burden on parents to a certain extent.However,the current custodial class service content is limited to lesson counseling and security issues,ignoring students in custody classes.The ability to improve and develop.Youth Summer Camp is the most centralized type of hosting in the managed class.The ability of independent learning is a major aspect of the ability to raise and train students,and it should be highly valued by the Youth Summer Camp.This article focuses on the youth summer custodians themselves.Based on the theory of social learning,they use group social work methods to understand the needs of their clients through interviews and participation observations.They also design concrete work plans that can be implemented for their needs.From the four aspects of learning methods,learning objectives,learning time and learning environment,help young people in summer hosting students to enrich their understanding of independent learning,master scientific and reasonable independent learning methods,and independently formulate learning plans and learning goals according to their actual conditions.Planning and arranging learning time,discovering and making full use of the learning environment to achieve the ultimate goal of improving self-learning ability.Finally,the study found that through the development of youth summer hosting students development team,the use of professional methods and techniques of team work to help young summer students have enriched their self-learning methods,and enhanced the team members' self-confidence to improve their independent learning ability.To a certain extent,the team members' self-learning ability was improved.
