| Over the past few years,China’s voluntary service has achieved remarkable results.On the one hand,the development of volunteer service can significantly improve the moral cultivation of people.In the process of volunteer service,people can enhance their sense of social responsibility while participating in social governance.On the other hand,by developing voluntary services,government can also make up for their shortcomings in public services.In this society of rapid development in all aspects,voluntary service will play a more important role.The government of R has made a contribution to local voluntary services.It has continuously issued supporting documents,established a registration platform,and formulated incentive mechanisms.These measures have created a more positive development environment for voluntary services and fully reflected the correctness of government responsibility.However,we should also see that the government has insufficient guidance and support for voluntary service organizations,too much intervention and restrictions,which has seriously hindered the development of voluntary services.This article uses the literature research method and interview method to research and analyze the government responsibility in the voluntary development of R city.First,by consulting relevant domestic and foreign books,journal articles,and relevant documents of government departments,combined with related theoretical research at home and abroad,we deeply analyze the significance of voluntary service in the social development of R city.Secondly,the development trajectory of voluntary service in R city and the practical exploration of R city government to promote the development of voluntary service are introduced in detail,and then summarizes the problems existing in the fulfillment of government responsibilities in the development of voluntary service in R City.After that,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the performance of government responsibilities in the process of voluntary service development,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Research on government responsibility in the development of voluntary services can better promote the development of voluntary services and also fill the gaps in government’s public services.At the same time,the research in this article can also help the government play a more important role in promoting the development of voluntary services. |
