The Research Of Development Of Voluntary Service Organizations In Hainan Province

In the past 30 years since the establishment of Hainan province,The socio-economic development and social construction of ideological infrastructure made most of their great achievements the contributions of voluntary service organizations,the voluntary service organizations firmly practice the spirit of devotion,friendship,cooperation and progress,and play an important role in promoting social development and economic construction in Hainan.However,compared with other provinces and developed areas,Hainan voluntary service organization still has many shortcomings.At the same time,under the background of building Hainan into a pilot free trade zone(FTZ),the development of Hainan voluntary service organizations is also facing new opportunities.Xiuying District,Haikou City as the study area in this paper,Through literature and field interviews,to understand the development process and service status of its voluntary service organizations,to analyze the existing problems of the voluntary service organizations in Xiuying District,to compare with successful experience of the voluntary service organizations in other districts,and to combine with the new opportunities faced by Hainan voluntary service organizations.Then,it explores the Countermeasures for the development of Hainan voluntary service organizations.This paper is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ:Basic concepts and theories.This part clarifies the concept of voluntary service organizations,as well,the characteristics of voluntary service;and explains the incentive theory and governance theory of voluntary service organization,in order to better later in expand analysis.Part Ⅱ:Analyzing the Status and existing problems of Hainan voluntary service organizations.Taking Xiuying District of Haikou City as an example,this part introduces and analyses problems existing of voluntary service organizations in team management,personnel recruitment,system guarantee and publicity Atmospher building.Part Ⅲ:Using the successful experience of voluntary service organizations at home and abroad.This part analyses the successful experience of voluntary service organizations in developed areas at home and abroad,and summarizes the enlightenment to the development of Hainan volunteer service organizations.Part Ⅳ:Analysis of the opportunities.This part analyses the new opportunities faced by Hainan voluntary service organizations,and puts forward the development trend of Hainan voluntary service organizations under the background of building Hainan into a pilot free trade zone(FTZ).Part Ⅴ:The Countermeasures for the development of Hainan voluntary service organizations.This part combines with the new opportunities faced by Hainan voluntary service organizations,suggests the strateies and suggestions for the development of Hainan voluntary service organizations from the three levels of government,society and organization.
