Since the 21 st century,the problem of population aging in our society is more and more serious.Scientific response to the aging problem has become an urgent task in China.There is no doubt that vigorously developing education for the aged is not only the best strategy to deal with the problem of aging population in China,but also an important way to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,and it is also an important link to promote the lifelong education system and the construction of a learning society.However,current education for the elderly cannot meet the requirements of the elderly.So far,there are more than 70,000 universities for the elderly in China,with nearly 10 million students.Under this background,this article through to practice investigation and analysis of the learning needs of the community elderly group,elderly group learning needs of different types,and then,depending on the type of the learning needs of old people with the help of the platform of the community service center between the party and the masses,and using the method of group work professional development to meet the learning needs of old people,and alleviate the problem of elderly university in short supply.Under the background of the aging society and the concept of lifelong education,this paper investigates and analyzes the learning needs of the elderly in the community where the author works.By analyzing the types and influencing factors of learning needs of the elderly,a group work intervention program was designed for the learning needs of the elderly,the results of the group implementation were evaluated,and the effectiveness of the group work in meeting the learning needs of the elderly was tested.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows.Part 1,the introduction mainly explains the background and purpose of this research,sorts out the literature related to this research,and makes a detailed analysis of the innovation points and research ideas and methods of this research.Part 2,defines concepts and theoretical basis,defines the concepts of learning needs and the elderly,and expounds the theories based on this research,such as hierarchy of needs theory,ecosystem theory,social support theory,etc.Part 3,investigating and analyzing the learning needs of the community elderly groups,this part mainly through the data statistics and analysis,understand the basic situation of community elderly,the type of learning needs,as well as the related factors influencing the elderly students learning needs,provide the reality basis for design of the below team work.Part 4,the author's community situation is explained.According to the results of the above survey on the learning needs of the elderly,the group work plan is specifically designed and carried out.Part 5,effect evaluation.The results of group work implementation are evaluated to verify the effectiveness of group work intervention in the learningneeds of the elderly.Part 6,conclusion reflection.Combined with the results of the group work,the full text of the research content is summarized,in order to provide some inspiration for the follow-up research group work into the study of the elderly readers,to reflect on the shortcomings of the research,hope to continue to improve and in-depth research on the shortcomings.
