The development of regional integration promotes overall changes of the world's political,social,and economic development.Since Mexico joined the North American Free Trade Area,regional integration has been characterized by North-South cooperation.After entering the 21 st century,the EU joined the developing countries of Eastern European in the enlarged conferences in the 2004 and 2007 respectively,and the characteristics of North-South cooperation in regional cooperation have been strengthened.Particularly,in order to enhance their own strength and promote regional economic vitality,the developed countries have further deepened and enhanced their cooperation with each other.With the rise of China in East Asia and the relative detente of China-Japan relations,east Asia has made great progress in its integration.Europe,North America,and East Asia have contributed to the development of the world economy.Russia's national strength is also constantly recovering,and the Eurasian Economic Union has made a new development.With their own geographical advantages,the major world powers have carried out regional integration cooperation with neighboring countries in their regions.In addition to the power pole of the sovereign states,regional integration organizations may promote the formation of a multipolar structure in the future and lay the foundation to become another unit of power pole,which will change the current international rules.Therefore,China should make a prediction in advance and find the breakthrough of regional cooperation in the process of new trend of the regional integration development,and continuously improve its development strategy.
