Research On The Innovation Of Community Governance In The Network Age

In the 1990 s,the Internet was introduced into China.In just over 20 years,Internet technology has developed rapidly and has entered thousands of households,becoming an indispensable communication carrier for people’s social life.Community is an effective platform for grass-roots management in society.With the improvement of Internet technology,strengthening the service management function of community through network platform can bring more convenient and fast services to the broad masses of people.Building a new type of community network service platform is an inevitable requirement from traditional governance to modern governance,and is a useful practice to adapt to the new situation and respond to the new needs of the masses.Community network platform is not only a social platform for communication between communities and residents at ordinary times,but also a network information platform for information exchange between streets,communities,functional departments of social grassroots governments such as public security,urban management,social security,family planning,public service departments of water,electricity and heating,property management companies and other staff and residents.The construction of community network platform is an innovation in community governance in some areas of Jilin Province.This paper is to investigate and summarize this Community governance innovation,refine its innovative ideas and innovative experience,and put forward a systematic plan to improve community governance innovation in Jilin Province.
