Research On The Smart Care Service Model For The Disabled Elderly At Home

With the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the number of disabled elderly is increasing,and the special physical condition of disabled elderly deternines that their aged care services are more complex.Therefore,to grasp the needs of the aged care services for the disabled elderly,and to provide the aged care services to meet their needs,has gradually become the focus of people from all walks of life.However,the implementation of the current smart city construction has led to the development of the concept of smart pension,and the smart aged care service is gradually receiving extensive attention from the state and society.Therefore,this paper proposes the advantages of using current network technology,smart applications,and intelligent products.To solve the dilemma faced by disabled elderly care services.This paper takes the disabled elderly at home in Xi’an as the object of investigation,uses questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and SPSS statistical analysis to study the service situation of the elderly at home in several communities in Xi’an.The purpose of this study is to explore the needs of the disabled elderly at home for different aged services through the survey,and then take the combination of intelligent technology and the needs of the disabled elderly at home as a breakthrough point,to construct an intelligent aged service model that can provide convenient and professional care services and full integration of aged service resources,and improve the utilization efficiency of service resources,and making up for the shortcomings of the current aged service supply system in the disabled elderly care service.The basic ideas of this paper are as follows:First,the disabled elderly with different levels of self-care ability have different needs for care services.The self-help level of mildly disabled elderly is higher,so their basic daily care needs are relatively low.Only 84.1%of them need to help bathe,21%need to eat and dress,and relatively high level of demand in medical and health care.Therefore,for the elderly who are slightly disabled,they can play their self-help in daily life care,and focus on providing medical care related services.Moderately disabled elderly people have relatively high demand levels for various items in daily life care services.The demand for medical and health care services such as door-to-door medicine delivery,health consultation and personal care services is more than 70%,and the demand for accompanying chat in mental consolation services is 81%.Therefore,for the elderly disabled,the community can provide the full care of the community,while increasing the diversity of the provision of the aged care service;The demand for meals,clothes,baths and other items in daily life care services for the elderly with severe disabilities reached 100%,and the demand for medical and health care services and spiritual comfort services was also relatively high.Therefore,considering the special nature of the elderly with severe disability,the family ward can be implemented to meet the needs of elderly care services for the elderly with severe disability.Second,the model of intelligent pension service has advantageous development advantages from both supply and demand perspectives.The support of economic conditions,the guidance of government policies,the increase of the popularity of intelligent products and the diversification of service supply can all improve the recognition and acceptance of the elderly.Third,in order to build a model of intelligent old-age service for the disabled elderly at home,we should exchange information,gather resources,refine services and provide classified services.We should take the intelligent old-age service platform as the center,connect multiple service subjects,and provide different service forms for different types of disabled elderly.
