Research On The Optimization Of Anti-terrorism Countermeasures In City B From The Perspective Of Governance

Terrorism is a global problem.In recent years,with the continued turmoil in the Middle East,China's domestic terrorist activities have occurred frequently.As a transportation hub connecting the western region with the mainland,City B is an important “channel” for terrorists to enter and exit.In recent years,B city has found a large number of terrorist activities and handled a number of cases involving terrorism.The threat of terrorism is grim.This research paper is guided by the theory of governance and the theory of emergency management.Using case analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the current operational status of the existing anti-terrorism system in B city,it is found that the existing anti-terrorism work in B city has existing prevention and treatment power.The anti-terrorism demand is weak,the warning is lagging,the social participation is less likely to have a practical effect on the surface,and then the B-city anti-terrorism system,single source of information,systematic social anti-terrorism propaganda,society The limited participation of anti-terrorism channels and the lack of attention to the anti-terrorism role of social organizations are the main reasons for the problems in the anti-terrorist work of the B city.Then it draws on the anti-terrorism practices and experiences of cities in New York,London,Moscow,Beijing and Kunming.Finally,it proposes governance from strengthening the institutional supply of local regulations for multi-participation,broadly absorbing all sectors of society to participate in counter-terrorism,establishing a two-way communication and sharing mechanism for anti-terrorism information,and building a multi-participation full-process terrorism crisis management network.From the perspective of B city anti-terrorism measures.
