Research On The Construction Of My Country's Supervisory Committee System

Corruption is a governance problem faced by all human beings.Based on the consideration of human nature,any individual exercising public power has the possibility of corruption erosion,which is rooted in human’s greed for wealth and power.Under the premise that the social productivity is not enough to meet the needs of each individual,it is impossible and unrealistic to eliminate corruption completely.However,regulating and supervising the exercise of public power can curb or reduce the occurrence of corruption.As an important part of the political reform,the supervision system reform aims to build a centralized,unified,authoritative and efficient national supervision system with Chinese characteristics.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),great achievements have been made in anti-corruption work in China.However,with the deepening development of anti-corruption fight,the anti-corruption mode of punishing individual cases and reducing the corruption stock has gradually shifted to the system construction and the anti-corruption mode of reducing the increase of corruption has become the general trend,and the reform of national supervision system has emerged at the historic moment.The continuous deepening of the reform arouses the theoretical thinking of the supervisory commission system,and how to build a centralized,unified,authoritative and efficient supervisory commission system has become the core problem to be answered urgently in the reform of the supervisory system.This paper aims at sorting out the logic of the construction of China’s supervisory commission system,and on the basis of learning from and absorbing the beneficial elements of excellent supervisory and supervisory systems both inside and outside the region,it puts forward beneficial Suggestions on the construction of China’s supervisory commission system.The thesis is divided into four parts: first,the thesis proposes the research theme.After the 18 th CPC national congress,China’s corruption governance has made some achievements,but the establishment of the supervisory commission still has many problems in practice,which needs to pay attention to its system construction.Second,the supervisory commission system is an attempt of China’s power restriction and supervision system.The reform of the supervisory commission also conforms to the theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic of China’s supervisory system design.Third,domain,both inside and outside good supervision and monitoring system is the independence of the supervision organization,supervision of supervisory law systematically,and the improvement of the supervisory system of form a complete set of commonness,worthy of supervisory board system in our country construction for reference,the fourth,based on the above discussion,from the practice level puts forward Suggestions on the improvement of the supervisory board system.First,strengthen the independence of the supervisory commission;Second,strengthen the supervision committee related legislation work;Further improve the supporting system of thesupervisory commission;Finally,strengthen the supervision commission power restriction system construction.
