With the advancement of classification reform of public institutions,the government supervision of second public welfare institutions has gradually become the focus of many scholars.Second public welfare institutions in China cover a wide range and are distributed in various fields.Although it has a relatively fixed regulatory system and rules,it generally lacks industry supervision and social supervision,so it must be supported and supervised by the government.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the purpose and significance of the research,domestic and foreign research status,research content and methods,etc.The second part first defines the relevant concepts of the paper,then introduces the content of government supervision of second public welfare institutions,analyzes the necessity of the content of the paper,and finally combs the theoretical basis related to this paper.The third part summarizes the existing problems of government supervision in second public welfare institutions from four aspects: supervision system,supervision subject,supervision content and supervision,and makes an in-depth analysis of its causes.Combining with the previous studies,the fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the government's supervision of public welfare institutions.Firstly,we must straighten out the relationship between the government and public welfare institutions.Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of government supervision system of second public welfare institutions,and finally enhance the regulatory capacity of the regulatory authorities.The conclusion summarizes the text,explains the shortcomings of the paper,and puts forward the problems and directions that need further study.
