As the progress of The Times development,human information technology is becoming more and more high-end fast,which makes the public receives the speed of information is becoming more and more fast,more and more public access to emergency mode,but at the same time of efficiency,public opinion in public emergencies many psychological problems in the process of information transmission,form a negative emotion,negative phenomena and negative behavior,and this produces the great influence on the social harmony.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the causes of these problems by combining theories and cases,so as to directly find the root cause of psychological problems.From the root,and then on the basis of the theory of information ecology theory,culture and other targeted concluded from the perspective of the government,the media and the public itself measures,the effective guidance to not let the events more bad impact on people,make people more positive in the face of events,the occurrence and development of a positive and healthy way to participate in the event of subsequent work.
