My Country's "delegation, Control, And Service" Reform Is The Background Of The Downward Regime's Borders

Since 2016,when Prime minister Li Keqiang formally proposed the reform of the "Management Service" in the "Government Work Report," the corresponding work has continued to deepen.The reform of "management service",which focuses on streamlining administration,delegating power,combining management with management,and optimizing services,is the core of building a government under the rule of law,an inevitable requirement of economic system reform,and a fundamental approach to the transformation of government functions and a direct reflection of the people-oriented idea of governance.This reform initiative has now been widely implemented throughout the country and has played a very active role in transforming government functions and optimizing local government reforms.However,in the process of reform promotion,there are still many problems in the division of administrative boundaries,such as the lack of clarity in the role of the government,the lack of decentralization,and the oversight of power supervision.In the light of the above questions,by analyzing the theoretical and practical basis for clarifying the boundaries of administrative power,corresponding measures are put forward,such as further clarifying the demarcation of the boundaries of administrative power through improving relevant legislation,establishing power lists,and strengthening supervision mechanisms.In turn,we will ensure that the reform of the "management service" is carried out in an all-round and practical manner.
