With the combination of household service and Internet technology,the categories of household service are more diversified,but can still be divided into three categories: direct employment,intermediary and company employment.As an important project for people’s livelihood,household service plays a role in promoting employment,industrial structure optimization and realizing social equity.At present,the development of household services faces enormous opportunities and dilemmas at the same time.On one hand,the demand for household service continues to increase,and new capital,technology and human resources continue to be inputted.On the other hand,household service is faced with serious supply-side structural problems and demand-side trust problems.Throughout Chinese Constitution,labor law,civil law and local laws and regulations,the legal regulation of household service has a vague relationship between practitioners and related methods,mismatched working hours and income,lack of rights and damages,and poor market supervision.And this is also the legal source of the dilemma of Chinese household services.In order to protect the healthy development of the household service industry and improve the working environment of household service,the legal regulation of household service needs to be improved.We should adhere to the principle of substantive protection and the principle of oblique protection.We will improve the legal regulation of household services by adding “employment contracts” in the civil code contract,accelerating legislation on fair employment,improving supervision mechanisms,and establishing a household service credit system.
