Research On The Legal Regulation Problems Of Female Anti-Employment Discrimination In Russian

At present,in many countries in the world,women have sex discrimination in terms of recruitment and dismissal in terms of recruitment and dismissal.The principle of equal pay for equal work and the right to equity have not been truly realized,as is the case in Russia,despite the provisions of the Russian code of series on the protection of women's employment rights.There are many obstacles in the process of real implementation.Because of the reproductive function of women,the protection of women's social and economic status has been difficult to achieve all over the world.In Russian Federation,women's employment barriers are particularly serious.Therefore,how to guarantee the effective implementation and relief of legislation is an important measure to improve the social status of women,eliminate social discrimination,and ensure the freedom of individual,social justice and social harmony to ensure the value of women's dignity and labor rights.Based on the definition of the concepts of employment discrimination and women's employment discrimination,this paper,based on the theory of preference discrimination and the theory of women's rights economists,combines the current legislative status of the Russian current legal framework to protect women's equal employment rights,and analyzes the manifestations of Russian women's discrimination in the industry.The present situation of the legal regulation of anti discrimination in Ross' s employment of women's employment is studied.The problems and causes of the anti discrimination legislation of women in Russia are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the women's social security system and the judicial relief system in Russia.
