As a new type of market operation mode,under the support of the high-speed development of the Internet,the online car rental has gradually entered the public's vision since 2012.In the initial actual operation,only one-way adjustment of the market is relied on.Although the online car rental has facilitated the vast number of consumers by relying on its great convenience and personalized service,its problems have also brought great troubles to the society.However,the government,as the regulatory body with administrative power,can more directly and pertinently supervise the operation of the network cars and improve the social order.Therefore,the government is more effective as the regulatory body for the operation of the network cars.However,due to the government's inadequate supervision methods and concepts,there are still big problems in the current operation of the network car,and the most criticized by consumers is that its basic safety is not guaranteed.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the government's supervision of online car-booking,I put forward relevant suggestions to make online car-booking more convenient and safer to provide services to consumers while standardizing its operation.
