Research On The Governance Of Mass Incidents In Xinjiang

Frequent mass incidents have become an important factor affecting the stability of various countries in the world.With the high-speed development of economy and society,the complexity and particularity of social development will break the social order and make it re-constructed.The disadvantages of benefit balancing will become apparent and various contradictions will become prominent,and mass incidents will become more and more prominent.According to a large number of statistics,the number of mass incidents in China has risen sharply in the past 20 years.With the release of various policy dividends after the Central Xinjiang Work Symposium,the implementation of the " the belt and road initiative" strategy and the national regional strategy,the study of the current situation of mass incidents in multi-ethnic areas,and the summary of the main experience in practice,the existing difficulties and solutions are of great practical significance to the smooth development of social stability and long-term stability in multi-ethnic areas.The mass incidents in Xinjiang are dominated by the mass incidents of basic livelihood and occupy an absolute overwhelming position in number,with the number of farmers and workers accounting for nearly half of the events.Therefore,in order to maintain stability in Xinjiang,ensure the safety of people's lives and property,strengthen the research on mass incidents in Xinjiang,increase the understanding of mass incidents,deeply analyze the root causes and characteristics of the outbreak,and put forward new prevention and control measures become the top priority.Based on the theory of crisis management and public governance,this paper analyzes the characteristics,types and influencing factors of mass incidents in Xinjiang,analyzes the current situation and main problems faced by mass incidents in Xinjiang,and puts forward the basic principles to be followed and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the governance of mass incidents in Xinjiang.This paper believes that only by strengthening research and control can we curb the development trend of mass incidents in Xinjiang from the source,solve the conflicts that triggered mass incidents at the grass-roots level and at the embryonic stage to the maximum extent,so as to effectively curb the frequent occurrence of mass incidents,create a more stable and safe social environment and create a more solid support platform and development environment for the economy and society.
