Research On The Post-evaluation System For Major Administrative Decisions Of Local Governments

The evaluation after major administrative decisions of local governments as a activity which has not yet been standardized and institutionalized,it's theory and practice development in our country are in bud stage.The evaluation after major administrative decisions is important to the implementation of the administrative decision-making procedures after the construction of legal government,thus to improve the system,design a set of system,efficient and fair assessment system.The author uses literature research and empirical research,comparative research methods,combined with the theoretical and empirical,around after the evaluation after major administrative decisions of local governments review and summarize the related basic content,add the author's thinking and research,in order to build the local government after the major administrative decision-making evaluation system.The paper studies the evaluation system after the major administrative decision of local government.First,The evaluation after major administrative decisions of local governments has detailed concepts,including the definition of major administrative decision-making,an introduction to the concept of after evaluation and detailed analysis of the evaluation function of the evaluation after major administrative decisions.Further expounded China's local governments of major local administrative decision after evaluation of the status quo,analysis of the parts of the country the government about the results of the evaluation of the major administrative decision-making to implement the basic situation and the specific situation in the province.Then,the basic connotation of the post-evaluation system is analyzed,and the post-evaluation content is studied from the following five perspectives: the standard,subject,starting mechanism,method and result of the post-evaluation.Then the evaluation index system is put forward after a build,paint a more complete evaluation index systemincluding decision-making text quality evaluation index system and implementation of effective evaluation index system.Finally,the relevant supporting mechanism of the post-evaluation system is analyzed comprehensively from three aspects: concept support,system support and technical support,so as to facilitate the smooth and efficient development of post-evaluation activities.
