Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has repeatedly proposed scientific,democratic,and legal decision-making,and improved decision-making mechanisms and procedures.As an important part of scientific decision-making,post-administration decision-making is aimed at the implementation of decision-making after a period of decision-making.It uses a variety of methods to track and evaluate the decision-making operation,and makes qualitative conclusions such as continued implementation,implementation after implementation,and implementation of implementation,and proposes the next step.It is recommended that the implementation of decision-making be more "not forgetting the original heart" and "advancing with the times." In April 2018,the Qingbaijiang District Government of Chengdu took the lead in conducting post-assessment of major administrative decisions at the county level,and post-evaluation of seven major administrative decisions.Based on the theory of administrative process,finiteness theory,policy performance evaluation theory and governance theory in the digital age,this paper comprehensively applies research methods such as literature research method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method and case study method,and combines with its own work practice.A total of 84 documents were obtained from government departments.Issuing and withdrawing 106 questionnaires,and listen to the opinions and opinions of the social masses,enterprise employees,and relevant government staff in the Qingbaijiang District on the postevaluation of major administrative decisions in Qingbaijiang District.The five aspects of the system content,implementation status and post-evaluation report of the post-administration decision-making evaluation were analyzed.The study found that the evaluation work after the major administrative decisionmaking in Qingbaijiang District is not motivated,difficult to promote,lack of public participation in the evaluation process,and the third-party evaluation participation,the quality of the report is not high.After analyzing the problem,combining domestic and foreign Advanced experience and practices,proposes to further strengthen the organizational system to ensure adequate human resources security,improve the working mechanism,standardize the work process,broaden the channels for public participation,and strengthen the use of post-evaluation results. |
