Research On The Issue Of The Community Correction System In My Country

In 2003,our country introduced community correction system in six provinces,such as Beijing,Shanghai and other provinces.It has been developed for more than 10 years and has achieved remarkable results.However,in the implementation of the actual legal system,there are many problems,such as shortage of funds,inadequate personnel,imperfect system,uncoordinated departments,and so on.The existing community correction system is not suitable for the actual problems and needs of our social development,and must be perfected and innovating.This article is mainly devoted to the study of the operation of community correction system at the grass-roots level in China,using the method of empirical analysis in the community correction work of xx street in xx County,Ji’nan as a sample,analyzing its running situation and existing problems,and then using the method of system analysis to extend the common existence of the community correction work in the grass-roots community of our country.Finally,suggestions and suggestions are made for solving these problems and improving the status quo.It is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the basic content of community correction in China,analyzes the existing laws,regulations and regulations of our community correction system,and the effectiveness of our community correction work at present,and analyzes the significance and necessity of the development of community correction in China.The second part introduces the legal nature of the community correction system in China,and puts forward the author’s personal view on some doubts about the existence of the community correction system.The third part introduces the operation of community correction work in xxstreet in xxCounty of Ji’nan City,including the composition of personnel,the source of funds,the existing problems and so on.This part mainly uses the method of empirical analysis to find out the drawbacks of grass roots community correction in China.The fourth part is mainly looking for ways and means to improve the grass roots community correction system in China,so as to solve the existing problems and put forward suggestions and suggestions.
