With the acceleration of the aging process of China's population, the development of China's older population problem has risen to national attention social problem. Not only has the United Nations put forward the concept of "active aging" and "healthy aging",but also there are many important meetings in China to focus on the development rights of the elderly and improving the quality of life of the elderly, all these indicate that the development of aging society in China should pay attention to the role of old people. At present, the demographic dividend is disappearing and The Lewis turning point is coming, the number of elderly people in China continues to grow and what is expected to exceed 400 million in 2050.Therefore,old people are gradually entering the market after exiting the labor market, supplementing the supply of labor and satisfying the demand of the market for the old labor force, which is the retirement of the elderly. So how to correctly treat an aging population under the background of the elderly retired, and how to achieve the goal of active and healthy ageing,we should analyze the influence factors of the elderly retired and influence mechanism, targeted countermeasures are proposed according to the results.Based on the strong mobility of rural elderly people, this paper selects the elderly people in the town as studies the subjects. The specific research contents are as follows:First,I select data from 2011 CHARLS database, from the social security, intergenerational support and personal characteristics of three dimensions?I do empirical analysis on the influence factors of the urban elderly retired,to find the three influence factors on the influence of the urban elderly retired is significant. At the same time, the paper do the empirical analysis of the social security, there is some relationship between intergenerational support and personal characteristics, namely the intergenerational support before both old people in cities and towns to make changes,in order to ensure the correctness of the intergenerational support the intermediary variable.Second, view intergenerational support as intermediary variable, the paper build a simultaneous equation,to calculate the social security, the influence of personal characteristics of urban elderly retired whether changes, and intergenerational support direct and indirect effects of urban elderly retired(intermediary effect).Thirdly, the paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the factors and motives of the elderly and elderly people who are poor in their own conditions, and lays the theoretical foundation for the rational and differentiated development of the old human resources. Conclusion:Motivation analysis of the urban elderly re-employment is the premise to develop old human resources reasonably.Based on the conduction of intergenerational supports,It's reported that the elderly, who has a higher level of social security, better health status and higher education, are more likely to make a re-employment choice, which aims at realizing self-value.Meanwhile,enough intergenerational supports play a active role to this purpose.Whereas, the reasons why the other urban elderly, having poor health status and lower education level, tend to earn a living by re-employment are insufficient intergenerational supports, imbalanced distribution of Intra-household resources and intergenerational spillover effect of social insurance. These also cause the lack of this part of the elderly's development rights. Therefore,It's of great significance to achieve the active and health aging society through designing different strategies to the targeted urban elderly.
