Tracing To The Source Of Marx's State Theory

The relationship between Marx and Hegel is the basic subject of academic study and everybody knows Hegel has extensive and far-reaching influence on the development of Marx's thought.The Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right is the earliest text of Marx's direct criticism of Hegel so the study of the earliest texts will help us to grasp more accurately the influence of Hegel on the development of Marx's thought.But the current academic research on the origin of Marx's theory of state is not systematic and in-depth so that the study of The Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right is still divided and deficient.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to investigate comprehensively the content of The Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right and its influence on the origin of Marx's theory of state.In recent years,with the degree of opening to the outside world deepening,western liberalism,democratic socialism and other western social trends of thought poured into our country so people began to have doubts about the purpose,function and status of the state.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study systematically the origin of Marx's theory of state,and to expound the superiority of Marx's theory of state relative to liberalism and Hegel's theory of state.This paper is divided into four chapters,As Hegel's criticism and transcendence of liberal state theory,and Marx's criticism and transcendence of Hegel's theory of state as the logical thread.This paper discusses the influence of Hegel's theory of state on the formation of Marx's theory of state and the influence and significance of Marx's Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right on the construction of Marx's theory of state.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly review and analysis of current study of Marx's Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right from three aspects such as general research,research perspective,and historical status evaluation.And expounds the research the background,purpose and significance of Marx's Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right.The second chapter combs the theory logic and practical significance of liberalism and Hegel's theory of state.And it also discusses Hegel's criticism and transcendence of liberal social contract theory and abstract thinking of modern political philosophy.The third chapter discusses the influence of Hegel on the construction of Marx's theory of state.Marx inherited Hegel's critique of liberal state theory,the analyticalframework of State-Civil society,and his criticism of abstract thinking of modern political philosophy.As the same time,Marx criticized Hegel's mysticism,the head and foot inversion of the relationship between State and Civil society,and the constitutional monarchy.By discussing Marx's inheritance and criticism of Hegel's theory of state,this paper probes into the influence of Hegel on the construction of Marx's theory of state.The fourth chapter examines the theoretical and practical significance of Marx's Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right and the evaluation of its historical status.It is found that Marx's Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right reveals that the state is the product of economy,establishing the trend of historical materialism,and establishing the beginning of Marx's theory of state.
