A Theoretical Study Of The State In The Critique Of Hegel's Philosophy Of Right

Hegel's critique of philosophy of law,as the text of analyzing the transformation of Marx's early thoughts,is an important document to grasp the transition of Marx's thoughts from idealism to materialism.It is the first time that Marx directly collided with Hegel's theory,that is,criticizing Hegel's rational country with materialism.It is also an important text to show the rudiments of Marx's state theory.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main part is divided into three chapters.The first chapter describes the state of Western society after the Vienna conference,especially the social situation in Germany at that time.Through the analysis of historical background,this paper tries to find the reasons that stimulate Marx to think about the state,civil society and other national theoretical problems.At the same time,it combs the theoretical sources of Marx's theoretical writing in the critical manuscript.The second chapter summarizes Marx's criticism of Hegel's theory of state in the critical manuscript,and expounds the basic content of Marx's theory of state in the critical manuscript.This chapter is the focus of this study.The first section gives a brief overview of the concept of "civil society" in Hegel's principles of philosophy of law,and then goes back to the manuscript of Marx's critique to deeply understand how Marx restored the relationship between civil society and state,and how to solve the basic problem of civil society and state division.The second section further explains the state theory of people's sovereignty by analyzing Marx's criticism of Hegel's bureaucracy.The last section of this chapter discusses Marx's criticism of private property and finds that state and will are determined by property,revealing the alienation of private property to people and state.The third chapter is the elaboration of the Enlightenment of the Chinese theory in the critique,which focuses on the transformation of Marx's world outlook,the emergence of materialist dialectics and the beginning of materialisthistorical outlook.After hundreds of years,criticism still plays an important role in guiding the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It provides theoretical support for how to promote the strategy of "comprehensively governing the country by law" and guarantee the dominant position of the people.
