A Study On Marx’s Critique Of Hegel’s Philosophy Of The State ——Based On The Critique Of Hegel’s Philosophy Of Right

The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right（hereafter this text will be referred to as The Critique）holds an important historical position in the development of Marx’s thought.Based on The Critique,this thesis systematically presents its ideological premise,main content,historical status,practical enlightenment,as well as the reasons why Marx critiques Hegel’s philosophy of the state.The thesis analyzes the reasons and ideological premise for Marx’s writing The Critique.It also sheds light on the problems of rational principles and material interests that Marx faced when he was in Berlin University and when he worked for Rheinische Zeitung,as well as their influence on him.Deeply influenced by Feuerbach’s humanistic materialism,his research on history and politics in Kreuznach constitutes the ideological premise of his critique of Hegel’s philosophy of right.Combined with the applied logic status of Hegel’s philosophy of right and the grasp of the logical connotation of The Critique,Marx’s critique of Hegel’s philosophy of the state can be roughly divided into two parts.The first part is the premise of Marx’s critique of Hegel’s philosophy of the state.It presents Marx’s critique of Hegel’s idealist speculative methodology from two aspects: Concept Precedence and Intermediary Role.The second part is the specific content of Marx’s critique of Hegel’s philosophy of the state.On the one hand,it analyzes the point of ideological confrontation between Marx and Hegel—the theory of the relationship between civil society and the political state.On the other hand,it analyzes Marx’s critique of Hegel’s internal state system of kingship theory,executive power theory and legislative power theory.At last,it concludes with Marx’s idea of popular sovereignty and eradication of bureaucracy and his state view of universal participation of the people.By studying The Critique,where Marx initially expounded the new dialectics of contradictions and achieved a preliminary change in political stance,we find that it is undoubtedly the first milestone in the transformation of his world view.In the context of the continuous advancement of democracy and the rule of law,the philosophy of the state contained in The Critique has an enlightening role in improving the socialist market economic system,building a country under the rule of law with the people as its main body and promoting the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
