Research On Government Management Issues In The Development Of Shenyang Industrial Park

The industrial park is an important carrier of regional economic development,as the forefront of economic development in the region,The industrial park has made an important contribution to economic development in a certain period of time,and has become a new economic growth point of local economy development in most areas.However,China’s economy enters a new normal as well as the state makes continuous adjustment for the industrial policy.Because of the negligence management,industrial park has appeared some problem in insufficient development,backward management system,the inefficiency management,so to solve the existing problem of industrial park is main task for government.On the background of comprehensive deepening reform of our country,the transformation of government functions,the novation of governmental management.This paper is mainly research and analysis of the government management system of South outstanding industrial park according to the relationship between market and government,service-oriented government and industrial cluster theory,and analyses the status quo and the deeper reason of the development of Shenyang Industrial Park.Finally we puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the management of the government of Shenyang industrial park.This article is divided into six chapters.First,the first part is the introduction,which describes the background,reference,research ideas and research significance.The second part is an overview of the related theories of the economic industry.This part is related to the concepts of industrial park management and the relevant basic theories.The third part mainly introduces the advanced experience of South Industrial Park Management,taking Zhenjiang Industrial Park and Suzhou Industrial Park as an example to analyze and summarize its advanced experience in government management.The fourth part is mainly to summarize the development status of Shenyang Industrial Park,putting forward the existing problems of the government in the industrial park management,and find out the reason through deep analysis of the problem.The fifth part puts forward the rationalization proposals suitable for the development of Shenyang Industrial Park based on the actual situation of the development of Shenyang Industrial Park and the advanced experience of government management in the Southern Industrial Park,The seventh part is the closing,and summarized the main content of this study.
