| The corruption of provincial and ministerial officials is one of the most serious problems in our political realm.Since 18th NCCPC,the number of provincial and ministerial officials who were punished became more and more,the amount of money which has related with corruption are very large,the circumstances are getting more and more worse,all of those problems are very dangers for our country’s development and the stability of CCP.So study and to solve the problem of provincial official corruption is an urgent task.The paper content mainly includes the following five parts:At the beginning of introduction part mainly introduce the topic of issue,the background of studying and the methods of research.All of these prepared working is for providing a reserve of purpose and methods for the following argument.The second part is mainly about the related concepts and theories,to prepare for the article on the analysis of the problem.The third part include two aspects,first to describe the cases of the provincial and ministerial corrupt officials since 18th NCCP,then second based on those cases to analyzing and summarize eight features and trends.Fourth part at first is to point out the causes of why the provincial official corruption would happen.Then expound the harmfulness of provincial corruption,so according to the above cases there are necessary to find out the ways to solve the problems of official corruption.The last section is the key section of the issue,It is based on the comprehensive analysis to the official corruption cases,and then find our country’s problem can from three parts to curb corruption problem,the writer give out the solution ways are mainly about the legislation,at the legislation area our country need to provide some laws to give the corrupt officials more punishment and give the others people who involve anti—corruption more protection and rights.Perfecting system,in this part the writer put forward some suggests about the working system,in order to by using those system can limited the right of officials so can avoid they abuse of rights.The last part is about how to improve the supervision efficiency,because any effective methods which can curb the corruption all need supervision.Hoping through those measures can curb the bad effect of the official corruptions. |
