Research On The Construction Of Clean And Honest Government-business Relationship Based On The Analysis Of Corruption Cases Of Provincial And Ministerial Officials

In China’s political structure,provincial and ministerial officials have a high degree of position and power,which have an important influence on politics,economy and social development.In the process of China’s modernization,this group is fac ing with various temptations and challenges.Under the high-pressure and continuous anti-corruption actions,the provincial and ministerial officials are involved in the business of one after another,staged a scene of political and business collusion and power transactions.The harm caused by this group and the businessman’s transaction and collusion is self-evident.Therefore,this paper takes 70 provincial and ministerial officials from the 18 th National Congress as the research object,and under the framework of rent-seeking theory and conflict-of-interest management theory,based on the corruption cases of provincial and ministerial officials,reveals the hidden dangers of corruption in China’s political and business relations.And further analyze the reasons for the loss of political and business relations,aiming to explore the construction of clean and honest government-business relation.As time goes by,the development of China’s government-business relation has gradually become more complicated.From the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the reform and opening up,the relationship between government and business was relatively simple.After the reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress,there was a situation in which political and business c ooperation and collusion were intertwined.With the continuous deepening of anti-corruption,there has been an extreme phenomenon of political and business divergence.Based on the analysis of 70 provincial and ministerial officials’ corruption cases,it i s found that the government and business collusion mainly appears in the field of project contracting and project development,land and development land,project approval and business operations.In these cases,there are hidden dangers of government and business relations,including the rent-seeking by officials,the conflict between the public interest and personal interests of the officials,the lack of effective control and supervision of power,and the abnormal communication between the government and the business.In view of the problems arising in the relationship between government and business,it is extremely urgent to construct a clean and honest government and business relationship.The specific aspects should be started from the following aspects: strengthening the management of conflicts of interest;further preventing rent-seeking corruption;improving the system of power restriction;guiding enterprises to rationally position their roles in political and business relations Finally,it is to create an atmosphere of clean and honest government and business relations by broadening the channels of political and business communication and improving the social supervision system.Constructing a clean and honest government-business relations is not only an inevitable requirement for sustained economic development,but also an inherent need to improve the political ecology,or an era requirement for social development.
