Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Administrative Law Enforcement Of Food Safety Supervision In Honghe Prefecture

As an old saying goes in china,Disease enters by the mouth.Food safety issues have de veloped into one of the major factors affecting the people's livelihood and the human well-bei ng.In this paper,the status quo of food safety supervision and administrative law enforcemen t in Honghe Prefecture is taken as the object of study.Through the application of several rese arch methods,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures for the main problems of administrative law enforcement in the food safety supervision work of Honghe state,And for other development of the corresponding research to lay a certain foundation.Based on the objective reality of the Honghe state,this paper extends the discussion on f ood supervision and law enforcement work under the "problem-cause analysis-solution" re search method.First of all,the concept and content of food safety and administrative law enforcement supervision are expounded.On the basis of theoretical basis,this paper chooses the Honghe state of Yunnan Province as an example to study the present situation,problems and causes of food regulation and administrative law enforcement in Honghe.Second,this paper takes reference from foreign useful experience in food safety supervision and administrative law enforcement.Due to the existing multi-mode supervision,the responsibility and authority is unclear between law enforcement agencies.Administrative law enforcement bureaucracy causes lacking of law enforcement supervision.Under the status quo of Honghe's economy and characteristic,to ensure food safety in Honghe,this paper brings suggestions from four aspects:the administrative law enforcement work,law enforcement duties delimitation,accountability.
