Research On Social Security Services Of Guolin Community In Kunming Economic Development Zone

Along with the continuous development of society and the reform of economy system,the party and government attach great importance to the social security.Social security played a certain role in the maintenance of social stability and long-term peace in our country.Previously,the main function of the social security service to be borne by government sector,but along with the reform of the system,and now it be borne by the community,in this case,there is a community social security service.Now,the community has much more social security services,compared with the previous,It is undeniable that the role of community social security service in improving people's living standards,but because of the imperfect policy and funding constraints,community social security has some problems in the implementation process,the problems affect its development.In order to explore and analyze the community social security situation in our country,and then puts forward development suggestions for community social security in Guolin,the author consulted a large number of relevant documents,and studied with questionnaire,The Guolin social security service development the following recommendations:1.to strengthen the leading role of the government;2.kinds of channels to raise social security funds;3.to strengthen the community construction of talent team;4.to establish and improve the supervision mechanism of community construction;5.guide all sectors of society participation and community social security service.
