IT industry, always the main prop of national economy which contributes 40% and more on GDP, with its growth far more fast than others, is now confronted with contest which is getting more and more intensive. The situation of contest is getting change as 21 century is advent, furthermore, faster than before. Owing to astonishing development in digital and telecommunication technology, nobody could easily draw out a clear line between different industries. In IT industry, resulting from uninterrupted upgrade on product/services, knowledge needs renew in more speed and strategy requires adjustment at more frequency. In so doing, correctively made-up strategies are really hard job to many corporates. To get success, a firm must has its strategic making and operation undergoing correctively. Meanwhile, accurate probe to internal ability and external environment must be accomplished before strategy making.Many aspects are concerned in strategy making in a firm. The author's analysis focus only on product strategy based on J Co. Ltd which the author has been on probation. J Co. Ltd has transited from a traditional state-owned company with its outturn several ten millions into a listed security' earning 4.7 billions ten years after her birthday. "Thanks to correct strategies, we have withstood gales and gotten growth", said the chairman of the broad & CEO. Today, J Co. Ltd is going through the "second adjustment" of strategy. By using one more measurements such as PEST,SWOT analyses, considering on core competition, industrial chains, market capability and price etc, this document has answered in part how BOE made-up its strategies, and, consequently has put forward some suggestions and supports. The author of the article intend to disclose how a company in IT industry takes advantage of its strong to adopt optimistically the policies and therefore to win competitions with which confronted in order to suggest others alike.
