Research On Chinese "Huang" Word Group

The Chinese "Huang" word group is a collection of words or phrases with "Huang" as the semantic symbol and the "Huang" morpheme as the morpheme,which mainly includes the "Huang" partial characters,compound words,locutions and idioms.This thesis mainly investigates the Chinese "Huang" word group from the two dimensions of diachronism and synchrony,and systematically and deeply studies the Chinese "Huang" word group from the three levels of grammar,semantics and culture.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the grammatical situation of the Chinese "Huang" word group.The grammatical characteristics of the "Huang" word group mainly include: the position of the "Huang" in the two-syllable compound word has an important influence on the distribution of parts of speech;"2+1" format words are more than "1+2" format words,which may be related to the internal rhythm of Chinese;there are more joint idioms in idioms than non-joint ones,but whether it is joint or non-joint,the overall structure of the idioms is mainly partial.The second part analyzes the semantic situation of the Chinese "Huang" word group.From the perspective of combination,the meaning of each word of "Huang" in ancient and modern Chinese is different,and the semantic category of the combination of meaning items is also different;Many meaning items in modern Chinese are no longer combined with new words,and have not been included in the "Modern Chinese Dictionary",but they are still reflected in individual inherited words.From the perspective of aggregation,most of the inherited words in the Chinese "Huang" word group have the same semantic meaning;the ancient and modern semantic categories of the Chinese "Huang" word group have changed.It completely disappeared,and some new semantic categories began to appear.The third part focuses on the cultural significance of the Chinese "Huang" vocabulary and the resulting cultural motivation,which generally involves three parts: the custom of "Huang" worship,pornography,and ethnic culture.The reasons for the worship of "Huang" are closely related to land worship,sun worship and imperial power worship.Pornographic cultural connotation originated in modern times.On the one hand,it was influenced by Chinese traditional sex culture.On the other hand,due to the input of the western derogatory concept of yellow,the combination of them made "Huang" a negative meaning.The racial culture part is mainly based on the concepts of racism,such as "yellow race".When it comes to analyzing the causes of racial cultural connotation,on the one hand,it is driven by the development of modern natural sciences,onthe other hand,it is influenced by the Centralism of European Whites.Finally,the conclusion summarizes the research achievements and points out the shortcomings in the research.
