With the gradual popularization of the new generation of 5G mobile network,the concept of "Internet plus" has become increasingly popular.At the same time,more and more mobile applications,not only enrich people's lives,but also quietly cause changes in our way of learning and education.In the cause of promoting Chinese international education,oral teaching has always been the focus and difficulty of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Therefore,how to effectively use mobile phone software in the actual oral English teaching and make it play a greater role in the teaching process has become a research topic of educators.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,on the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods are briefly introduced.The second part is a summary,from the current stage of mobile learning software in language teaching and the status of primary oral teaching two aspects of previous research and comb.The third part starts with the teaching contents and the conventional teaching methods of the elementary spoken language,and finds out the existing problems in the conventional teaching methods through the investigation of the present situation of the elementary spoken language teaching,for the next step targeted selection of the most suitable experimental application software to prepare.The fourth part of the main content for the experimental implementation of the program.The experiment background,the experiment object and the function and the using method of the three selected softwares are introduced and explained in detail.The fifth part is the data analysis stage of the experiment,according to the results of two oral tests at the end of the middle term and the questionnaire of students' satisfaction and the interview results of teachers,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the teaching mode of using mobile software to assist oral English teaching.The sixth part makes a comprehensive analysis of the teaching effect from the advantages and disadvantages of the new teaching model.The results show that short-term study does not produce significant effect for the international students at the elementary level But after a long period of training and extended learning,thestudents' vocabulary accumulation and fluency of expression have been improved to some extent.Although the use of learning software to assist oral English teaching has certain advantages,but in the actual teaching process,teachers still need to constantly improve the teaching plan,and strive to create an efficient oral English teaching classroom.
