Teaching method using internet cartoon,which is called The Webtoon teaching is new form of educational scheme.Conventional researches about educational program using Webtoon as teaching material mainly focus on teaching Korean,Japanese and else languages but very few studies are done about Chinese language.Learn to write Chinese has been the most difficult task for students.It leads to the need of progress in teaching method for it.Thus this report attempted to study about intermediate level Chinese writing program using Webtoon.As a research method,literature analysis and survey are used.At first,it analyzed characteristic of Korean students,learning psychology and suitability of webtoon as class material.Through that,it tried to figure out possibility of using webtoon in Chinese teaching.Koreans' tend to hinder personality,regulate self-behavior and avoid standing in front of others due to the cultural basis of Confucian.It derives the result that these features affect their studying habit and attitude.Thus tried to prove if teaching method using webtoon matches to students' characteristic and if the aspects of webtoon,especially subjectivity,visuality and epicability are effective to expand thinking,broaden subjects and easy to generate interests in writing class.Next on that,investigated difference in perception on Webtoon among students and teachers through survey.And statistically analyzed the webtoon usage status and studied the details of the teaching required for use.As a result,there were very few cases of webtoon utilizing teaching method in the field.Regarding this point of view,there are two problems which need to be solved when using internet cartoon for writing class.1.Difference in perception about internet cartoon among students and teachers.2.The lack of principles for choosing internet cartoons that can be used as teaching materials.Based on this focus point,the research designed writing program and professional writing training program.In writing program,distinguished each step of writing according to process-based instruction,and inspected students by level.And professional writing training program is designed to be conducted by narrative writing model under instruction of learner-focused teaching method.This research's purpose is to suggest useful material and methodology on Chinese writing teaching program with theory and specific case analysis.And hope it helps in education field.
