Learning motivation plays an important role in the process of language learning,which can not be ignored in the study of language teaching.Because the learning contents of Chinese majors are different from those of other majors,the learning motivation is also significantly different from that of other majors,so it is of special value to study the learning motivation of Chinese majors.On the basis of the existing theoretical research on second language learning motivation abroad and the domestic research on Chinese learning motivation,the author plans to use interview method to select part of the respondents for interview,so as to understand the general situation of learning motivation of Chinese majors.Then,a questionnaire was set up to randomly select foreign students majoring in Chinese in Shenyang.By using SPSS software to analyze the data of the questionnaire,this paper investigates the motivation of Chinese Major Students under the influence of gender,nationality,whether to award golden students,age,Chinese level,time of learning Chinese in China and other related factors.Specifically,this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter introduces the design and implementation of the study motivation interview in detail.On the basis of confirming the interview questions,it records the content of the study motivation interview,and then analyzes the content,providing reference for the design and implementation of the study motivation questionnaire.The second chapter is the design and implementation of the questionnaire survey on the learning motivation of Chinese majors.After the survey,the personal information in the first part of the questionnaire is summarized and classified.According to the different learning motivation in the second part of the questionnaire(subjective motivation,tool motivation,integration motivation,achievement motivation,external pressure motivation,etc.),SPSS is used to analyze them The average value and variance were calculated,and the results were analyzed.Then,under the influence of gender,nationality,whether to reward golden students,age,Chinese level,time of learning Chinese in China and other factors,the difference or correlation analysis was carried out for each type of learning motivation.The third chapter,according to the aboveresearch results,from the three aspects of foreign students,teachers' teaching,schools and so on,puts forward suggestions to guide the Chinese learning motivation of foreign students majoring in Chinese.
